To kickoff Juneteenth Journey, we will be performing excerpts of the ballet "Snowy Plover and the Perils of Evolving Culture", written by Co-founder and Chief Visionary Officer, Maddox. African Diaspora artwork will be on display and the artist, Diaam, will speak to the art. The night will end with a presentation and Q&A with civil rights leader, Anne Healey.
Doors open at 6pm and the ballet will start at 7pm. Beer, wine, and food will be available for purchase starting at 6pm. Location: PaperWing Theater on Cannery Row.
